Shipping, Warranty, & Return Policy
Our products are large and expensive to ship. We do not offer any returns on your product unless it is dead on arrival and unrepairable after diagnostic and attempts of repair have been completed.
If the product has a minor cosmetic issue (such as a scratch, or chip on the paint) we will attempt to come to a reasonable discount. This is not grounds for warranty replacement or for a return.
If you choose to cancel your order before it ships out, there is a 3% fee to cover our credit card fee to refund that they do not refund us even after we return your payment. If the shipment is already scheduled, there is no refund.
As an authorized dealer for many brands we represent, we provide the same factory warranty. Once the factory approves, we will provide the same warranty coverage to you. Factory may change specification without notice at times, you may check with factory site for latest update
Select products and locations may have additional shipping cost that may occur after your purchase, we would notify you should it occur for approval before your purchase is finalized.
If you choose to receive inside delivery or a re-delivery service on a LTL shipment, there will be extra charges - additional balances will be due after. All the purchases on the our website are non-refundable and final. If you placed an order on our website, it means that you already agreed to our terms and conditions at the checkout page.
