Shipping & Return Policy

Our products are large and expensive to ship, once you ride it it is used, and we do not offer any returns on your product unless it is dead on arrival (we test every product before it ships out).  If the product has a minor cosmetic issue (such as a scratch, or chip on the paint), we will attempt to come to a reasonable discount but this is not grounds for warranty replacement or for a return. If you choose to cancel your order before it ships out, there is a 3% fee to cover our credit card fee to refund that they do not refund us even after we return your payment. We are an authorized dealer for all the brands we represent andprovide the same warranty the factory provide.  Once the factory approve, we will provide the same warranty coverage to you.
